Experienced Powersports Sales Professional
Rochester Sports Center is currently accepting applications for an experienced Powersports Sales Professional.

--Must have excellent communication (Phone & Internet) skills and value customer satisfaction.
--Must be friendly, detail oriented, and have the ability to multitask.
--Must be willing to work Saturdays and accept commission based pay.
--Will be expected to work open to close 5 days a week with most Sundays & one weekday off.
--Must have previous sales experience with the ability to “close” the sale
--Must have a good general knowledge of powersports vehicles (motorcycles, snowmobiless, atv’s, utv’s, Pontoon boats, jet ski’s)
--Must have a positive, can-do, enthusiastic attitude
--Must work well with other departments to achieve dealership goals
--Must have or be able to obtain a motorcycle license
--Must be able to think independently, be self-motivated, and goal oriented
--Must be able to exceed our customers’ expectations on a daily basis
--Must have the belief that it is your duty, responsibility, and obligation to be successful
--Will be expected to train diligently to become proficient in all products stocked.
--Will be required to complete product testing on Arctic Cat, Polaris, and Victory product knowledge to receive salesperson incentives.
--Will be expected to keep abreast of trends in financing and credit life, accident and health insurance so that you may explain them effectively to customers.
--Will be expected to attend some sales meetings, actively participate, bring new ideas, evaluate current performance and continually seek to improve the dealership’s overall sales performance.

--High school diploma or equivalent.
--Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
--Minimum of 3 years sales experience.
--Computer skills, including social media. --Professional appearance.
--Good verbal and written communication skills.
--Must be available to work Saturday hours

The following skills will set you apart from the masses, but it is not required to join our team:
--Enthusiam for Powersports (Owning at least one type of Off Highway Recreational Vehicle [OHRV])
--Marketing/Advertising experience
--social media experience
--ZiiOS training (Point-of-Sale computer training)
--Search Engine Optimization and/or Website Maintenance Experience
--Photoshop and video editing experience
--parts counter/management experience
--sales management experience
--previous experience in the powersports industry

We offer commission based pay.
